1. What Givingfolio Is

Givingfolio is a free donation-tracking and visualization tool. It does not process, collect, or facilitate charitable donations. All donations are made through external platforms. Givingfolio is a record-keeping tool only.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. User Data

Donation records, cause preferences, and other data you enter are yours. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use this service to:

• Misrepresent your donations or charitable activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for others.

5. No Warranty

Givingfolio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of nonprofit data sourced from third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Givingfolio and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in nonprofit information or impact metrics.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
